Thanks for removing all the spam where I got tired. =) We really need to get something to stop computers from doing that on this wiki... like, you know, where it has you type in the numbers and letters to confirm? -Cangor 19:46, 7 July 2007 (PDT)
No problem – I hate the spam as much as you :@ And yes I did suspect a computer program to be posting the spam – I just got really annoyed with the spam and therefore posted this – although I knew it won’t be read. Having a number and letter picture to confirm that a real person, rather than an automated program, is trying to gain an account sounds like a great idea. Most other sites use a similar program – for example e-mail accounts. However the only person who could put a program like that on slime wiki is wedgey. -Sparky 04:17, 8 Jul 2007 (PDT)
Hey - yeah hopefully the amount of spam will be reduced from now on. I was fighting with failed upgrades of the wiki and installing another anti-spam measure that just wouldn't install so eventually I gave up and am using the one that you see.
